It’s especially helpful for those with busy schedules, mobility challenges, caregiving responsibilities, or who simply feel more at ease in their own space.

In addition to saving time, online therapy offers greater flexibility. I offer evening and limited weekend appointments to better accommodate individuals who may find it difficult to attend in-person sessions during typical office hours.
